ReSale-Redecorating™ is an invaluable service for homeowners and Realtors that maximizes a home’s selling potential in a minimal amount of time. Using the homeowner’s existing furnishings, art and accessories in a fresh new way, we create the perfect first impression for potential buyers. During the Resale-Redecorating consultation, we’ll tour the home inside and out, making recommendations that will help show the home at it’s best. A follow-up written, customized ReSale-Redecorating Plan will be provided as a step by step guide to preparing the home to be presented in the best possible light for sale.
